Repairs & SERVICES

Sydney Onewheel Services (SOS) shall provide a 30 calendar day warranty on labor beginning from the date SOS finalises the repair. If there is a device issue or failure, upon receipt and examination of that device the issue is deemed to be caused by an SOS labor failure (not a cascading failure, parts failure, new failure apart from the original issue, etc.), we will cover the labor fee under warranty to perform the repair again at SOS sole discretion. Shipping or transportation costs associated with any covered warranty repair are the responsibility of the device owner.
